How long does it typically take to fill a position?
It all depends on the type of role, geography and compensations range being offered. For most roles we are filling them within 45-60 days. For more senior roles in C-suite you can expect 4-6 months and beyond.

We mostly serve blue collar industries like skilled trades, home services, manufacturing, construction, automotive repair, proptech, construction tech and trucking & logistics.

How are your fees structured?
Our fees are typically a percentage of the candidate’s first-year guaranteed earnings and are due upon successful placement. Specific fee structures can be discussed during the initial consultation.
Do you offer any guarantees on placements?
Yes, we offer a 90 day guarantee on salaried roles. If a placed candidate leaves or is terminated within a specified period, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
